4. Copyright Ownership and Licensing
Authors retain copyright ownership of their published work. By publishing in JIPSI, authors agree to make their articles available under the journal's applicable Creative Commons license.
The license permits the public to reuse published content under its stated conditions without requiring separate permission for uses already authorized by the license.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that third-party materials included in their manuscripts are properly credited and that any required permissions have been obtained.
5. Open Access and Reuse
JIPSI provides open access to its published articles to support the broad dissemination of scholarly research and knowledge. Readers may access, download, share, and adapt articles in accordance with the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

6. License Compliance
Users are expected to comply with the terms of the applicable license when using JIPSI content. Any use that falls outside the permissions granted by the license may require additional authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Questions concerning licensing, copyright, or permitted reuse may be directed to the journal's editorial office through its official contact page.
7. Policy Consistency
This Licensing Policy should be read together with JIPSI's Copyright Policy, Copyright Notice, and Open Access Policy. The journal aims to maintain consistency across these policies to ensure transparency for authors, readers, and other users of its published content.
