Technology-Based Capacity Development Models for Islamic Religious Education Teachers: A Systematic Literature Review

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mengubah praktik pendidikan dan meningkatkan urgensi penguatan kompetensi profesional guru di era digital. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pengembangan kapasitas berbasis teknologi untuk guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (IPA) melalui pendekatan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR). Studi ini mengadopsi kerangka kerja PRISMA untuk mengidentifikasi, memilih, dan menganalisis literatur relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 dan 2025. Data dikumpulkan dari basis data Scopus menggunakan kata kunci yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan profesional guru, integrasi teknologi, dan pembelajaran digital. Setelah proses penyaringan dan kelayakan, 19 artikel dipilih dan dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa model pengembangan kapasitas berbasis teknologi yang efektif didominasi oleh TPACK, MOOC, pembelajaran campuran, mentoring, dan Komunitas Praktik (CoP). Pendekatan-pendekatan ini berkontribusi secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru, kompetensi pedagogis, efikasi diri, dan kreativitas instruksional. Namun, studi ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, termasuk infrastruktur yang terbatas, kompetensi TIK yang rendah, kecemasan teknologi, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan dukungan kelembagaan yang tidak memadai. Dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam, integrasi teknologi tidak hanya membutuhkan kompetensi teknis tetapi juga penggabungan nilai-nilai etika Islam dan spiritualitas digital. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan, kolaboratif, dan berbasis konteks yang didukung oleh kebijakan institusional dan sistem pendampingan sangat penting untuk memperkuat kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di era digital. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dan praktis untuk merancang program pengembangan guru di masa depan dalam pendidikan agama Islam di Indonesia.
