Implementasi Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Berbasis Literasi Qur’ani melalui Program SKUA dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an dan Pemahaman Makna Ayat pada Peserta Didik MTsN 3 Pacitan

Abstract

Qur’anic literacy is not limited to the ability to read and write Qur’anic verses, but also includes understanding their meanings, reflecting on the messages contained in the verses, and implementing them in daily life. In practice, Qur’an learning among students still tends to focus on memorization skills, while the aspect of understanding the meaning of verses has not been optimally integrated. This study aims to describe the implementation of Qur’an learning based on Qur’anic literacy through the Standard Program of Ubudiyah and Akhlakul Karimah Skills (SKUA), students’ Qur’an reading and writing abilities, as well as their ability to read and write the meanings of Qur’anic verses at MTsN 3 Pacitan. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consisted of SKUA program teachers/coaches and four students who had participated in the program. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings of this study are expected to provide an overview of the implementation of Qur’an learning based on Qur’anic literacy through the SKUA Program and its relationship with the development of students’ Qur’an reading and writing skills as well as their understanding of verse meanings. This study is also expected to serve as an alternative for developing Qur’an learning practices that systematically integrate qira’ah (reading), kitabah (writing), tafhim (understanding), and tadabbur (reflection).
