Manuscript Types

The International Journal of Post Axial: Futuristic Teaching and Learning welcomes original scholarly contributions that advance knowledge, theory, research, and practice in education, teaching, and learning. The journal encourages interdisciplinary perspectives and innovative approaches that respond to contemporary educational challenges and future developments.

Submitted manuscripts must fall within the journal's aims and scope, demonstrate academic rigor, and comply with the journal's publication ethics and submission requirements.

The journal considers the following types of manuscripts:

1. Original Research Articles

Original Research Articles report the findings of empirical investigations that contribute new knowledge to educational theory, practice, policy, or related interdisciplinary fields.

These manuscripts may employ quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods approaches, including experimental studies, surveys, case studies, ethnography, classroom research, action research, and other appropriate research designs.

Authors should clearly explain the research problem, objectives, theoretical framework, methodology, findings, discussion, and implications. Research involving human participants must comply with applicable ethical requirements.

2. Review Articles

Review Articles provide critical and systematic examinations of existing literature on topics relevant to education, teaching, learning, and educational innovation.

The journal welcomes systematic reviews, scoping reviews, integrative reviews, and other rigorous forms of scholarly literature review. Meta-analyses may also be considered when methodologically appropriate.

Review manuscripts should clearly describe their review objectives, literature search procedures, selection criteria, analytical approach, and synthesis of findings. Authors must demonstrate how the review advances understanding beyond a simple summary of previous studies.

3. Conceptual and Theoretical Articles

Conceptual and Theoretical Articles develop, refine, or critically examine concepts, theories, frameworks, and models relevant to education and learning.

These manuscripts may address emerging educational paradigms, future-oriented pedagogy, interdisciplinary educational perspectives, educational philosophy, learning theories, curriculum development, or the relationship between education and technological and social change.

Authors should provide a clear conceptual foundation, engage critically with relevant literature, and articulate the theoretical contribution and implications of their arguments.

4. Educational Innovation and Development Articles

Educational Innovation and Development Articles present the design, development, implementation, or evaluation of innovative educational practices, learning models, instructional strategies, curricula, assessment systems, or educational technologies.

Topics may include digital learning environments, artificial intelligence in education, adaptive learning, educational media, instructional design, technology-enhanced learning, and other approaches intended to improve educational experiences and outcomes.

Manuscripts should explain the rationale for the innovation, its development process, implementation context, evaluation methods where applicable, and its potential contribution to educational practice.

5. Case Study Articles

Case Study Articles provide an in-depth investigation of a particular educational setting, institution, program, community, classroom, or learning initiative.

These manuscripts should identify the case and its context, explain the methodological approach, present relevant evidence, and provide a critical analysis of the findings.

Case studies should offer insights that may inform educational research, professional practice, institutional development, or future investigations beyond the immediate case.

6. Research and Policy Perspectives

Research and Policy Perspectives offer evidence-informed analyses of significant issues, developments, and challenges in education, teaching, and learning.

These manuscripts may examine educational policy, curriculum reform, teacher development, educational equity, digital transformation, lifelong learning, future competencies, or emerging trends in educational systems.

Authors should support their arguments with relevant scholarly literature, empirical evidence, policy documents, or other credible sources. Submissions should provide a clear analytical contribution rather than merely express personal opinions.

The journal may update its manuscript categories and requirements as its editorial policies and scholarly priorities develop.
