This study aims to analyze the influence of information system quality, information quality, and service quality on student satisfaction; analyze the influence of these three variables on student loyalty; analyze the influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty; and examine the mediating role of student satisfaction in the relationship between information system quality, information quality, and service quality and the loyalty of working-class students at Pamulang University. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method to analyze the mediating role of student satisfaction regarding the influence of information system quality, informtion quality, and service quality on the loyalty of working-class students at Pamulang University. The population consists of working-class students at Pamulang University who use the academic information system service. The sample comprise 277 students, selected based on criteria requiring them to be active working-class students who have used the university’s academic information system. Based on the SEM-PLS analysis results, out of the ten proposed hypotheses, seven were accepted and three were rejected. The rejected hypotheses were H4, H5, and H6, which concerned the direct influence of information system quality, information quality, and service quality an student loyalty. Meanwhile, hypotheses H1, H2, H3, H7, H8, H9, and H10 were accepted. The study’s key findings indicate that student-satisfaction is a pivotal variable lining the influence of information system quality, information quality, and service quality on the loyalty of working-class students at Pamulang University.
