Pemanfaatan Big Data dalam Administrasi Publik di Negara-Negara Muslim: Analisis Bibliometrik Global

Pemanfaatan Big Data telah menjadi salah satu pilar utama dalam transformasi digital administrasi publik di berbagai negara, termasuk negara-negara Muslim. Namun demikian, perkembangan penelitian pada bidang ini belum banyak dikembangkan secara komprehensif melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan publikasi ilmiah mengenai pemanfaatan Big Data dalam administrasi publik di negara-negara Muslim, mengidentifikasi penulis, jurnal, dan bidang penelitian yang paling produktif, serta memetakan struktur kolaborasi dan intelektual yang terbentuk. Penelitian menggunakan metode bibliometrik dengan sumber data berasal dari database Dimensions AI. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses pencarian menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan, dibatasi pada periode publikasi 2015–2025, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Bibliometrix (Biblioshiny) dan divisualisasikan melalui VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan setelah tahun 2020. Bidang Human Society, Commerce, Management, Information and Computing Sciences, dan Political Science menjadi bidang yang paling dominan, sedangkan Sustainability merupakan jurnal paling produktif sekaligus memiliki pengalaman ilmiah yang tinggi. Analisis jaringan menunjukkan bahwa Amerika Serikat, Arab Saudi, Cina, dan Pakistan merupakan pusat kolaborasi internasional, sementara penelitian masih didominasi oleh akademisi dari institusi di luar negara-negara Muslim. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa komprehensif mengenai perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, struktur kolaborasi, dan arah penelitian Big Data dalam administrasi publik, sekaligus menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan riset dan transformasi kebijakan digital pemerintahan di negara-negara Muslim.
