This study explores the readiness of MSMEs in Bogor Regency to comply with this regulation and identifies key challenges they face. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with MSME owners, government officials, and halal certification body representatives. The findings reveal low readiness among MSMEs, primarily due to limited knowledge, financial constraints, and infrastructural inadequacies. Although initiatives such as the self-declare scheme and digital platforms have improved accessibility, effectiveness remains hampered by a lack of awareness and technical support. The study highlights the importance of stakeholder collaboration and recommends enhancing training, simplifying procedures, and expanding financial and infrastructural support.</p> Fathan Abdul Fattah Fattah, Betania Kartika Muflih, Mohammad Aizat Jamaludin Copyright (c) 2025 Amorti: Jurnal Studi Islam Interdisipliner http://journal.amorfati.id/index.php/amorti/article/view/432 Sat, 12 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The impact of tourism development on islamic religious behavior in ngadiharjo village, borobudur district http://journal.amorfati.id/index.php/amorti/article/view/438 <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p>This study aims to analyze the impact of tourist attractions on the religious behavior of the community in Ngadiharjo Village, Borobudur District. The increasing development of tourism in the area has brought diverse external influences through incoming visitors, potentially shifting local religious practices. Using a phenomenological approach within Islamic studies, this qualitative field research collected data through interviews with religious leaders, community figures, and local residents, supported by observation and documentation. The findings reveal both positive and negative impacts. On the positive side, tourism has encouraged the revival of Islamic-based traditions, such as the merti desa ritual, and improved economic conditions by creating jobs and reducing unemployment. On the negative side, exposure to tourists has led to behavioral shifts that conflict with Islamic values, including changes in dress and lifestyle influenced by Western norms. Contributing factors include an increasingly open mindset among locals, environmental influences from tourist interactions, and broader socio-cultural changes driven by infrastructure development.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Fouad Larhzizar, Zidna Nabila ‘Ainun Nadzif , Triana Hermawati Copyright (c) 2025 Amorti: Jurnal Studi Islam Interdisipliner http://journal.amorfati.id/index.php/amorti/article/view/438 Thu, 10 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The role of fiqh education in shaping student character: A study at man wonogiri http://journal.amorfati.id/index.php/amorti/article/view/410 <p>Fiqh learning has an important role in shaping the character of students, but in reality there are still many students who have not shown character in accordance with the Islamic values learned in fiqh. This condition can be seen from the presence of students who are not disciplined in worship, lack of respect for teachers, and behavior that does not reflect noble character. This study aims to analyze the role of fiqh learning in building the character of grade XI students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Wonogiri and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that fiqh learning plays a role in building religious character, discipline, responsibility, and social care through the integration of character values in learning materials, teacher exemplary, and habituation of worship practices. The impact of fiqh learning can be seen from the increasing awareness of students in carrying out worship, respect for teachers, and concern for others. This research contributes to the development of effective fiqh learning strategies for character building.</p> Lusiana Rachmawati, Amir Mukminin, Mohammad Farhan Zeb Khan Copyright (c) 2025 Amorti: Jurnal Studi Islam Interdisipliner http://journal.amorfati.id/index.php/amorti/article/view/410 Thu, 10 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Optimizing juz 30 memorization through traditional qur’anic methods: Tasmi’ and muroja’ah at baitul huda http://journal.amorfati.id/index.php/amorti/article/view/372 <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p>This research aims to find out the implementation of tasmi' and murojaah methods to accelerate hafalan al quran jul 30 on the centri.</p> <p>The method in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach.
